If an item is in our 1 of 1 collection, then you will receive that exact specimen. For all other items, we will hand-pick a piece that will be very similar to the product photos. This makes it easier to shop, keeps our prices fair and prevents items from selling out too quickly.
We are extremely selective when it comes to our inventory and we take all measures to make sure that we ship out an item that you will love. However, we understand that there could be some issues, which is why we have a return policy in place.
