Refund policy


We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and your satisfaction is the most important to us.

All of our orders are treated with the utmost care. However, if you have received a faulty item or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund of the purchase cost, less shipping, within 7 days of delivery.  

Note that shipping charges are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, some of our goods are exempt from being returned. These items will be specified as "Final Sale" at the bottom of the description on each product page. That being said, if there is a problem with your item, please email us and we will do our best to correct it in a timely manner.

-Self-care products (soaps, etc.)


To complete your return, please email us at with the following information:

- A detailed description of the reason you are not satisfied 

- Pictures of the product(s) you wish to return

- Order number and full name

Once your email is received, we will send you all you need to further complete your return. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Note that we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased with a promo-code* cannot be refunded.

*Free shipping promo-code is still considered a promo-code and will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Due to the nature of our products, an exchanged item may not be exactly the same as the original item.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Only items that we receive will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
