Blazing citrine from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. These unusual yellow clusters look amazing both on their own and with the rest of your specimens.

Citrine is a yellow to brown variety of quartz that gets its color from ferric impurities in the crystals. Often confused with Topaz, citrine's name comes from the Latin word for yellow, citrina. Important note: mines around the world mix natural and heat-treated citrine in the same shipments. Read more about quartz.
